Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This page explains the normal sourcing, QC, dispatch, tracking, customs, and delivery process. Timing starts with sourcing and inspection, not only the courier journey.
1. Sourcing and QC
Most orders require approximately 1 to 5 business days for sourcing and quality control. We inspect the selected piece and send QC photographs and, where available, video or timing information to the contact method associated with your order.
Dispatch takes place after you approve the QC materials. A replacement-piece request, model change, delayed reply, or stock change can extend the sourcing period.
2. Dispatch and tracking
We choose a tracked shipping route based on the destination and current carrier availability. The carrier may be DHL, FedEx, a postal partner, or a dedicated delivery line. A tracking number is sent after the parcel enters the carrier network.
Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to show its first movement. This does not normally mean the parcel has stopped moving.
3. Estimated delivery times
- United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia: usually 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
- Other destinations: usually 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, weather, carrier capacity, destination checks, and customs processing can affect delivery.
4. Customs, duties, and destination rules
Customs decisions vary by country and shipment. No seller or carrier can promise a particular customs result. The customer is responsible for confirming local import and receipt requirements and for any destination duties or taxes unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
5. Address and delivery issues
Check the recipient name, street address, postal code, phone number, and email before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. An address change is not confirmed until our team replies, and it may no longer be possible after dispatch.
If tracking is marked delivered but the parcel cannot be found, check with household members, neighbours, the local delivery office, and the carrier, then contact us with the order number and tracking details.
6. Damage, returns, and warranty
Keep all packaging and record clear photos or video if a parcel or watch arrives damaged. Dead-on-arrival issues must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. Do not wear, resize, remove protective materials, or send an item back before receiving written instructions.
Eligibility, evidence requirements, exclusions, and the two-year movement warranty are detailed in the Returns & Warranty Policy.
7. Contact
For a shipping question, send your order number and tracking number to [email protected], use the Contact Us page, or contact us by WhatsApp.
